For Domestic U.S. Sales we accept VISA, Master Card, Check, or Money orders payable to J.A.C. Musical Instruments, Inc. (allow 7 business for checks to clear before instruments ships). One third deposit is required to start a new build. Shipping fees are not included with the price of the instrument. Shipping fees are to be determined at time of shipment. For all California sales please add an additional 9% sales tax.
All sales are final. Be sure of your purchase as we do not offer refunds of any kind. We will fully warrantee our instruments for any manufacturer defect to the original purchaser/owner as long as the original purchaser/owner owns the instrument.
For International Sales Please view below our list of dealers/ distributors. If you do not find a dealer or distributor in your country or region please contact us direct. Please note that for all overseas transactions wire transfer is accepted only. There is an additional $25.00 wire transfer fee for each additional wire transfer. Feel free to e-mail or call us for wiring info. Worth mentioning: Many over seas banks no longer deal direct with US banks and hiring a middle bank to complete the wire transfer. Be sure to discuss this with your banker before you transfer the funds for an order. Make sure that they are clear of the full amount in US dollars that needs to enter J.A.C. Musical Instruments, Inc. bank.
