Specifics

• Complete Setup (any stringed instrument)
  Check and adjust nut height, adjust truss rod, file and buff fret edges (if necessary), polish frets, clean and condition fingerboard, adjust saddle height, adjust pickup height,set intonation, clean potentiometers, re-solder any cold-solder joints, polish body.

• Machine Head Installations
  Dowel oversized holes and re-drill (if necessary), Sperzel, Hipshot
  D-tuners , Vintage Tuner Button Replacement. click

• Nut Replacement
  Tusk, other synthetics, bone, ivory.

• Broken Headstock Repair (View A Tour)
  We repair any broken head stock for acoustic, structural, and cosmetic reinforcement.

• Refret (View A Tour)
  All styles of fretting, all fret sizes available (mandolin to jumbo). Includes truing neck, re-radius (if necessary), radius changes by request, inlays and binding, and full guitar setup (see above).

• Fretless Bass Conversion
  4, 5, and 6 string, lined or unlined. Lacquer, epoxy, or desired finish.

• Fingerboard Replacement (View A Tour)
  any style (ebony, rosewood, binding, curved/slab board etc.)

• Full Refret

• New nut, full setup

• Truss Rod Repair click
  Evaluate, Fret board removal if needed, Removal of broken truss rod , Installation of new truss rod, Refinish if needed.

• Bridge Installation
  Floyd Rose floating systems, tremolo conversions and modifications (tremolo converted to hard-tail), string-through body conversions, or any other type of installation.

• Electronics
  Specific detail is taken with electronics. Please call for analysis.

• Custom Made Pick guards
  Any pick guard, any size. Exact 50’s and 60’s reproduction, Bakelite, celluloid (laminate and bevel exact to specifications)

• Acoustic Repairs
  Neck sets, bridge replacement, fingerboard installation, truss-rod installations, top cracks, back and side cracks, re-topping, binding, bracing, refinish, piezo pickup installation, and many more.

• Archtop Repairs
  Same as acoustic, plus sound posts, pickup installations, and more.

• Refinishing
  Color matching, chip and dent repairs, crack covers, exact 50’s and 60’s nitrocellulose reproductions, Dupont custom colors, exact color replication.

• Kit Guitar Assembly
  We can assemble any variation of guitar parts to build your project guitar or bass. You buy the body, electronics, neck, and hardware; we put it all together for a nominal fee. Please call ahead when planning a project of this nature.
